SMAC PARTICIPATION IN THE SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE "SCIENCE IN FUNCTION OF DEFENSE" IN THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MILITARY ACADEMY
SMAC representatives, headed by SMAC Director Mr Bojan Glamočlija, participated in the two-day scientific conference of military sciences "VojNa 2023" on the topic "Science in the function of defense", which was held on Tuesday, May 24 and on Wednesday, May 25.
The Military Academy of the University of Defense hosted dozens of experts and scientific workers from the fields of military, social, natural and technical-technological sciences.
The ceremonial opening of this event was attended by State Secretary in the Ministry of Defense Nemanja Starović, Rector of the University of Defense Brigadier General PhD Boban Đorović, Head of the Military Academy, Col. Associate PhD Srđan Blagojević, Head of the School of National Defense "Vojvoda Radomir Putnik", Colonel Mićo Suvajac, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Army, the University of Defense and the academic public of the Republic of Serbia.
On the fifth panel, the joint work of SMAC Director, Mr Bojan Glamočlija, Mr Dejan Blagojević and Colonel Aleksandar Milić on the topic "A model of the application of unmanned aerial vehicles in the detection of minefields".
This is supported by the fact that at this, the fifth in a row, scientific conference on military sciences organized by the Military Academy, over 100 scientific papers, statements and manuscripts were presented on the above-mentioned topics.
