THIRD FINAL WORKSHOP AIMED TO INSTITUTIONALIZE CAF MODEL HELD
On May 9 and 10, 2023, the 3rd final workshop aimed to institutionalize the CAF quality management model in the Serbian Mine Action Centre was held.
During the two-day work, the improvement plan, which resulted from the self-assessment report, was discussed - quick wins were identified, actions were defined and concretised.
Priority actions were selected for which the general objectives of the activities were set, elaborated through individual steps for the implementation. Implementation deadlines, duration, and implementers were defined. The action plan will be implemented in the next two years.
As a reminder, the establishment of the CAF quality management model, the SMAC is implementing in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government with the support provided by the EU Project for Public Administration Reform within the Sectoral Reform Agreement - EU4PAR.
We use the opportunity to thank the CAF expert team, which consisted of Tihana Puzić, Goran Paštrović and Vladimir Jevtić for conducting workshops masterly, as well as for their patience, competence and support aimed at the improvement of the work of the SMAC.
