Visit to the International Civil Defense Organization
On February 11, 2020, representatives of the Mine Action Center visited the headquarters of the International Civil Defense Organization in Geneva. On that occasion, they met with the Secretary-General, Mr. Elketroussi and Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Kudinov.
Cooperation between the two organizations has been institutionalized by the signing of the Agreement on Cooperation between the Mine Action Center and the International Civil Defense Organization at the end of 2019, which includes, among other things, the program of assistance of the Russian Federation to our country in the field of humanitarian demining.
