COMMENCEMENT OF WORK ON DEMINING PROJECT OF PILLARS AT THE LOCATION OF THE FORMER MILITARY COMPLEX "BEKETOVO" IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IRIG
The implementation of the Project for demining of pillars at the location of the former military complex "Beketovo" number 0285/22, Municipality of Irig, which the SMAC developed based on the request of the company "ECO SIST" ltd. began today, June 14, 2023, by introducing the contractor "NUCLEUS TEAM" ltd. into works.
SMAC representatives performed a check up of operational accreditation and equipment in the field, and determined that the contractor is qualified to perform demining works.
After clearing UXO from these areas, the danger posed by these ordance to the workers performing the work will be eliminated and will contribute to increased environmental safety.
