Second workshop aimed to institutionalize CAF model held
In the period March 27 - 28, 2023, the second (consensus) workshop aimed to institutionalize the CAF quality management model in the Serbian Mine Action Centre was held.
The CAF expert team consisted of Tihana Puzić, Goran Paštrović and Vladimir Jevtić, while the trainees were members of the self-assessment working group from the SMAC.
During the two-day work, the results of the self-assessment of the SMAC were considered, which were obtained by summarizing the answers from the questionnaires that each member of the SMAC working group filled out within the stipulated time framework determining advantages and potential for the advancement of the organization.
Proposals for measures for improvement and development of an action plan for improvement were given, which will be the subject of the next workshops.
