Reception оn the Occasion of Birthday of Emperor оf Japan
On the 23rd February 2023, Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Mr Takahiko Katsumata hosted a reception at the "Metropol" Hotel on the occasion of the birthday of Japan’s Emperor Naruhito.
The celebration was attended by, among others, Prime Minister Ana Brnabić, Ministers Tomislav Momirović, Edin Đerlek, Novica Tončev, representatives of diplomatic, cultural and public life in the Republic of Serbia.
Director of the Serbian Mine Action Centre, Mr Bojan Glamočlija used the opportunity to thank the Ambassador of Japan for the support of his country to humanitarian demining in the Republic of Serbia, which is just one of many examples of great friendship and mutual understanding and respect between Japan and Serbia, which marked 140 years of existence last year.
