Commencement of ERW Clearance Project for Stevan Sinđelić-3 site in Niš
The implementation of the ERW Clearance Project for „Stevan Sinđelić-3“ site, No.0232/20-2, Municipality of Crveni Krst, City of Niš, area 1.396 m2, which was developed by the Serbian Mine Action Centre based on the request of the Office for local economic development and projects of the City of Nis, began on June 20, 2022, with the introduction of contractor Millennium Team ltd., Belgrade, into works.
This project is being implemented within the Project for the construction of apartments for members of security forces in Niš.
After clearing the explosive remnants of war from this area, danger posed by these devices for workers who perform construction and earthworks on the construction of residential buildings, as well as for future residents of these residential buildings, will be eliminated.
